The BC Corporate Registry has posted information<\/a> on its transition package service, a $40\u00a0service which includes certified copies of a society’s original constitution, bylaws, and any filed special resolution amending the constitution and bylaws.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n As part of transition, societies must consolidate their bylaws and have them in an electronic format. Ordering a transition package is an opportunity to understand what the bylaws on file with the Registry actually are, and may be useful for those societies who do not currently work off an up-to-date electronic copy.<\/p>\n More information is available at the BC Registry website.<\/a><\/p>\n Photograph by A.
